In line with a policy of fairness and transparency, in compliance with current legislation and with particular reference to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) as amended and supplemented, please note that the data you provide may be processed in accordance with the aforementioned legal obligations. In accordance with article 4, paragraph 1A) of the Privacy Code, processing shall mean: any operation or set of operations carried out with or without the assistance of electronic or, in any case, automated means, concerning the collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, disclosure, dissemination, deletion and destruction of data.

Data controller of the data collected and processed by the Site

The data may be processed at the registered office, at the offices of tax consultancy firms or at the offices of any other professionals appointed to process the accounts and anything else within their remit.

Type of data collected and purpose for which it is processed on the Site

Method used to process personal data

Personal data collected via the Site is processed primarily by computer and telematic means while taking security measures so as to minimise the risk of loss or destruction of the data, even accidental, of unauthorised access or processing that is not authorised or does not comply with the data collection purposes as set out in this Privacy Notice. Optional or mandatory provision of data

With the exception of browsing data, the provision and collection of which are governed by the Cookie Policy, the provision of personal data collected via the Site for the purposes of responding to user requests and queries, for marketing purposes and for the purposes of analysing consumer habits and preferences, is voluntary and optional.
